Scheduling Is Now Live: Publish on Your Timeline

The best time to post is rarely the time you finished editing. Until now, publishing with OmniPost meant hitting the button the moment your content was ready — or setting a reminder and coming back later. Today that changes. Scheduling is live, so you can line up a post once and let OmniPost deliver it to each platform at the exact moment you choose.

What you can do now

Scheduling sits right alongside Publish Now. When your content is ready, choose a date and time instead of posting immediately. OmniPost shows the time in your own browser timezone, so what you pick is what actually happens — no mental math across zones.

  • Pick a date and time with a simple picker, shown in your local timezone.
  • Schedule YouTube and Instagram independently — each platform on its own clock.
  • See a clear status for every post: Scheduled, Published, or Failed.
  • Cancel a pending schedule or move it to a new time whenever plans change.
  • Publish Now still works exactly as before — nothing you rely on went away.

Built to actually fire on time

A scheduled post is only useful if it goes out. Scheduling runs on a durable job queue with state saved to the database, so a scheduled post survives restarts and recovers if infrastructure hiccups. Jobs are claimed atomically and guarded against duplicate publishing, so a post goes out once — at the right time — and never twice.

When a post fires, OmniPost uses the latest saved version of your content, so edits you make before the scheduled time are respected. Cancel or reschedule, and stale jobs are prevented from publishing the old plan.

Plan your week in one sitting

Repurposing one video into posts for every platform was step one. Scheduling is the natural next step: shape your content, decide when each piece should land, and move on. OmniPost handles the clock so you can get back to creating.

Your next video has more content inside it.

Let OmniPost find it, adapt it, and publish it.
